The Gogan Family Legend
How It All Began
In the early 1900's, the Gogan Family owned this property you shall visit. Merl and Lena Gogan raised 3 sons and a daughter. Willy and Merl Jr. were twins. Grover was said to be a prized hunter, who turned to hunting more than just large game. You did not want to end up in his trophy room...
All three boys were rumored to be born deformed as they were never seen without their masks. Their daughter Elphaba was a known Seer, meaning she could see exactly what the future held. Merl Sr. & Lena had an exorcism done on her by a local priest and after her death, had her buried in a well somewhere on the property...
Mean while, Merl Sr. was attempting to create immortality using old medieval science and biology in an attempt to bring Elphaba back from the dead. While doing this, his experiments had gone awry and he had accidentally created zombies. But where did Merl practice this? On our very property.
Recently, someone disturbed the grave site of the Gogan Family. Have they returned? Find out when you visit us this fall...
