  • Is It Too Scary For Kids?

    We recommend 13+. However, we have children attend as young as 5 who come out with their head held high, and adults as old as 60 leave the property trembling with fear. Please use proper parental discretion.

  • Do I Have to Buy a Ticket to Get In?

    Yes, we require you purchase a ticket to access the park.

  • May I Purchase a Ticket When I Arrive?

    Yes! We accept walk up purchases. All major credit cards, Cash App, and cash is accepted.

  • What’s Included in the Price?

    When you purchase a ticket, all 3 attractions are available as well as any and all entertainment shows being performed on the stage that night. Food, beverage & merchandise is available for purchase once inside the event.

  • What Is the Group Price & How Do I Book It?

    The Group Rate Discount automatically applies at checkout when you purchase ten or more tickets at once. You may purchase up to 45 tickets per ride time (if available). If you have a group larger than 45 people, we recommend you call us at 716-464-8649.

  • How Do I Book If My Company is Tax Exempt?

    If you are booking a company outing and your company has a tax exempt status, please call us to book your tickets at 716-464-8649.

  • Is Outside Food/Beverage Allowed?

    Description goes hereNo, we do not allow outside food or beverage inside the park. You will be asked to throw it out upon entry.

  • How Many People Does a Fire Pit Hold?

    We provide seating for up to 12. Fire pit areas themselves can fit up to 25.

  • How Large of a Group Can Ride Together?

    As long as all tickets are purchased for the same time slot, we will be able to get you on a ride together. Groups larger than 45 will need to be split up into multiple rides.
